Buying a firearm with us is really simple! You will need to create an account ahead of time so that your billing and shipping information is accurate and available.
During checkout, you will have the option to select a dealer that is local to you. Our preferred dealers will be displayed at the top of the list and be highlighted on the map. These preferred dealers have received transfers from us in the past, so we have their information on file. We do not need anything further from you if you have selected a preferred dealer.
If your dealer is not one of our preferred dealers, you can still select them to handle the transfer. Once you have completed checkout, within a few hours you will hear from our Customer Support team to help keep things moving. Simply have your dealer email us a copy of their license to ffl@firearmsdepot.com with your name and Order Number attached.
We'll update your order with their information for shipping. Once we have their info on file, you'll be able to select them from our list as a preferred dealer for any future purchases. Tracking information will be added to your order once it becomes available. You can also go to track.firearmsdepot.com to track all of your past orders.
If you are a dealer and wish to be added to our preferred list, please send us an email to ffl@firearmsdepot.com letting us know, we are happy to add any dealer that accepts transfers.
VERY IMPORTANT
Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, Please INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm. If there are any problems whatsoever, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER! We will gladly have the firearm picked up and returned to us at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or full refund.
