WA House Bill 1240 prohibits the following: 
 
-the manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of any assault weapon
- semi-automatic rifles with an overall length of less than 30 inches
-folding or telescoping stocks, flash suppressors, muzzle brakes, and thumbhole stocks
-assault weapon conversion kits and parts 
-semiautomatic centerfire rifles and semiautomatic pistols that have the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and have one or more additional features listed in the bill
-semiautomatic centerfire rifles with a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than ten rounds
-semiautomatic shotguns that have one or more additional features listed in the bill
 
 
Please note any items refused by the FFL dealer, or that cannot be transferred due to state laws, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prior to placing your order, it’s the customer's responsibility to check with their local FFL dealer.

House Bill 5471-The Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA)

The Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA) was reinstated on March 4, 2023 by Appellate Judge Frank Easterbrook. This matter is now pending decision by the 7th U.S Circuity Court of Appeals. 
 
At this time, Firearms Depot will be abiding by PICA. We know the situation is fluid and we will strive to stay abreast on the latest rulings. 
 
The following specifications are prohibited to IL state residents: 
 
-semi-automatic rifles
-magazine capacity- 15 for handgun and 10 for long 
-a fixed magazine with the capacity of more than 5 rounds
-handgun switches 
-Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder
-flash suppressor
-folding, telescoping, thumbhole, or detachable stock
-pistol grip or thumbhole stock
-a buffer tube, arm brace, or other part for shooter to fire from shoulder

Under Rhode Island HB7457aa and Senate Bill 2637A, the following went into effect January 1,2023: 
 
- a person may only purchase ammunition if they are 21 years or older and have a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate or a Rhode Island hunter education course card issued by the Department of Environmental Management.
-no person shall transfer, sell, or deliver any firearm to a purchaser who is under the age of 21.
 
 
Banned under Public Laws 2022 Ch.99:
 
-A ban on large capacity feeding devices which are capable of holding, or can be readily extended to hold, more than ten (10) rounds of ammunition.
