Franklin armory's f17 v4 complete upper assembly features a free float handguard (fluted and vented, m-lok compatible with an integral bipod/tripod adapter), a custom-designed 17 wsm bolt carrier group, and a gas piston system design.It also includes one 17 wsm magazine that fits with all standard milspec lower receivers and custom buffer.The f17 v4 upper assembly requires an a2-style or "rifle length" bugger tube and spring for proper operation (not included).
