The Rawlings Arc Reactor Core catcher's heart guard is engineered to protect and perform. It's patent pending technology blends impact absorbing memory foam with an arched polymer plate. This allows it to disperse forceful impacts, and dampen ball rebounds. As a result you'll have more confidence, comfort, and control blocking pitches behind the plate. The Arc Reactor Core accessory piece is designed to attach and fit most non-certified chest protectors so they meet the 'NOCSAE comotio cordis standard'. In fact, you won't have to buy a brand chest protector if you get this accessory. Its three Velcro straps also allow you to securely attach the piece without having to worry about readjusting it. Get maximum protection without sacrificing performance.
